This is my go to for thyroid and hormonal balance. This has stopped my hot flashes and I sleep much better. I believe it's from the iodine in the spirulina. Tastes good and it's easy. 2 spoonfuls in the morning and I'm out the door. It's also more cost effective than some of the other brands.

I’m giving it 3 stars because in just 2 days I notice my energy level through the day is amazing but it taste like musty wet basement carpet… I’m trying to figure out what I can mix it with to not be so bad cuz it’s hard not to throw up when taking it. It doesn’t just taste or smell like seaweed, it smells like the musty storage room under a beach house with all the wet sand toys n beach floats and the taste is what I imagine it would be like to suck the old water out of the mat in that storage room. 🤮 energy level is great though!
This is the best sea moss gel I've had, and I've tried many different brands and flavors.They include a wooden spoon as well, which is optimal, as taking it with a metal spoon makes it lose its alkaline properties. I swear by sea moss, I've been taking it consistently by the day for 2 years. It kept me from getting sick all of 2024. But this is my new forever brand, thank you!
It does not feel soothing like other brands much more fluid and less gel like. I am not happy with it.
